There will be a Public Hearing on September 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the applications put forth for 8100 Bathurst Street.
If you are opposed to the proposed development at 8100 Bathurst Street, do one of the following:
- Voice your opposition with an oral submission at the public planning meeting, or
- Make a written submission to the City of Vaughan.
If you do not choose one of the above options, you will not be entitled to appeal the decision at a later date.
To make an electronic deputation at the meeting, please contact the Office at the City Clerk at email@example.com, call 905.832.8504 or fill out the attached Deputation Form.
Please send the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or call Access Vaughan at 905-832-2281 by noon the last business day before the meeting to pre-register (Monday, September 21, 2020. @ 12:00 p.m.).

As an alternative to an electronic deputation, written comments can be submitted to email@example.com by noon one business day prior to the meeting. Written comments for the committee’s consideration, either in addition to your oral presentation or in lieu of are given equal consideration by the committee.
Send your written submission no later than Monday, September 21, 2020. @ 12:00 p.m. Be sure to include your reasons for opposition with your submission.
